What if I told you that making delicous meals like these didn’t have to be complicated?

And, what if I told you that you could make delicious meals for not only yourself, but for your family too?
MEAL PLANNING
AREAS OF FOCUS
“Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime.” — Chinese Proverb
I went there. I pulled out the proverbs. I needed you to know how serious I was. If you want a Done For You Meal Plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner (and snack) ideas based on your health goals and individual needs, it would be my pleasure to create those for you.
But, I also want you to know how much I encourage nutritional empowerment and the value I place on actually teaching my clients how to make health-conscious decisions and nutritionally balanced meals on their own.
So, if you’re looking for less done for you and more teach a man to fish tangible lifestyle practices designed to help you create the space in your life for a true lifestyle change, then that is the direction we will go.
Again, these programs are designed to meet you right where you are no matter which season of life you’re in.
Meal Ideas
Sometimes all you need to change your eating habits is a simple shift in perspective when it comes to food. We offer an exclusive program designed to help you change the way you view food so that it can better serve you on your journey towards health.
Time
Most people understand the concept of meal planning and healthy eating, but actually finding the time to make it possible is the challenge. I’m here to help you with that.
Groceries and Food Inventory
One of the biggest issues people have when trying to transition from convenience foods to a more nutritionally intentional lifestyle is the dreaded “individual ingredients” where they’ve got plenty of food but nothing to actually make a meal “there’s nothing to eat!”. With my program, we get in-depth into the subtle art of groceries. I provide you with the tools you need, along with the food essentials necessary to be stocked and ready to make a healthy, nutritious meal at any time.
Budget
As a Canadian (and just a human being in general), I am no stranger to the exorbitant price of food these days. That is why I have developed multiple systems and techniques to help offset some of the costs. Beginning with one’s philosophy on food, there is a focus on budget mindfulness throughout every step of your process with The Well Collective.
restrictive eating/ARFID
Whether you’re dealing with adult or child restrictive eating habits, the root cause is the same. The Well Collective has extensive experience in helping to address the imbalances responsible for food aversions in order to help you or your child expand your palettes and increase your nutritional intake.

MEAL PLANNING PROCESS
What if I told you that meal planning was much more than sitting down with a pen, paper and a few pinterest boards and writing down a bunch of recipes on a calendar?
Scheduling
One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to make their schedule and lives fit with their meal plan. Rather than working against the current, I teach you how to incorporate your schedule into your meal planning process to ensure you never end up with a 3-course meal scheduled on the same night as soccer practice. In addition to proper scheduling, I also show you how to have delicious, homemade meal options on hand at all times for those nights when you just don’t feel like cooking.
Groceries & Food Inventory
We’ve all been there. Usually sometime around January 2nd when we decide that we’re “going to start eating healthier” and we select a bunch of “Healthy Meals” to make, write down all the ingredients needed, head to the grocery store, buy everything, make it all and feel amazing…
Until next week, when we’re exhausted from our new lease on life, we only have ingredients to make those meals again and we’re already bored and overwhelmed.
With a crash course in The Art of Groceries and Pantry Stocking, we can eliminate much of that “yo-yo” relationship with meal planning.
Rhythms & Cycles
Did you know that we are cyclical beings? The seasons cycle through an annual rhythm, the tide cycles with the moon and our bodies cycle throughout the day and throughout the month, all in a pre-determined rhythm designed to optimize all of our efforts.
The only problem?
Most of us spend our days working against these natural rhythms and find ourselves exhausted and underwhelmed with our progress.
By tuning into your natural cycles and rhythms you will be better able to handle the habit-building processes associated with any new lifestyle change, without feeling overwhelmed and burnt-out.
HOW IT WORKS
ABOUT MY PROCESS
The beautiful thing about a healthy lifestyle (and I’m talking about an actual lifestyle, not an attempt at a fad diet or calorie restriction) is that the more aligned you are with your body’s needs and cues, the more your body actually works to begin the healing process — all on its own!
Rather than a diet plan that focuses on restriction and a list of things you can’t have (like your beloved carbs, sugar, and pizza), I help clients adjust their perspective and bolster their relationship with food. I help you get excited about what you can have. (No kale chips and cauliflower rice on the first day unless you want it. I promise.)
By facilitating a healthy relationship with food, while creating the necessary space amidst the chaos of life to finally put yourself first, something amazing happens. Your body does the work for you. It does what it was designed to do — and that is to function at optimal performance and carry you gracefully into old age doing the things that set your soul on fire, with the people you love the most.
It’s really that simple, so if that sounds like something you want in on, it would be my pleasure to begin this journey with you.
