With a focus on mother and child well-being, I have developed a unique approach to health and wellness. After years of searching for something that could help me keep up with the busy demands of life with chronic pain, two children, a business, a home and a bucket list of hopes and dreams that I so badly wanted to accomplish, I realized that most programs aren’t made for people who are beginning their journey on empty.

Anyone can meal plan and google “healthy recipes”. The challenge is creating the space within our busy lives to actually implement what we already know.

In addition to a fresh perspective on lifestyle management, I combine Holistic Nutrition with Bioregulatory Medicine principles to get right to the root cause of what’s keeping you from living your best life. We all deserve to thrive. We all deserve to live a life of Eudaemonia.
